The Landhaus Birgbichler is really something special. A unique location, directly on the Kulmberg, surrounded by greenery. No road leads past, only hiking and mountain bike trails.
We have bright, spacious apartments with plenty of room for our guests! Spend your vacation in our comfortable vacation apartments, all of which offer a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
The furniture in the apartments was made by master craftsmen and is made of solid spruce wood. Each apartment has its own entrance and a large balcony, terrace or direct access to the garden! Our guests can park for free in the carport directly behind the house!

Mountain guide in the house
The Steinerweg through the Dachstein South Face is one of the classics in alpinism and is still very popular. Hans Prugger – a state-certified mountain guide from Ramsau am Dachstein – has climbed the Steinerweg well over 100 times and has guided numerous climbers safely through the route.
Carport
The Landhaus Birgbichler is ideally located for starting hikes and mountain bike tours directly from the house. In winter, cross-country ski trails and the ski bus stop are nearby. A reason to do without the car on vacation. A large carport is available free of charge for our guests to protect their vehicle.

The Ramsau is so popular with our guests due to its unique landscape and offers the RIGHT thing for every guest! Whether for connoisseurs, sports enthusiasts, those seeking peace, or families! Enjoy the fantastic view of the Enns Valley, the mountains of the Schladming Dachstein region, and the Dachstein massif. Our apartment house is quietly located on the edge of the forest in the middle of a large green area and yet centrally located in one of the most beautiful places in Ramsau am Dachstein. Hiking trails, running routes, and mountain bike trails lead right past the house. The entrance to the extensive cross-country ski trail network on the Ramsau high plateau and the bus stop (also ski bus in winter) is just a 5-minute walk away. The famous Schladminger Planai and thus also the entrance to the 4 mountains ski area Planai – Hochwurzen – Reiteralm and Hauser Kaibling can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The valley station of the DACHSTEIN cable car is approx. 15 minutes away by car. Restaurants and supermarkets can be reached in 2 – 15 minutes on foot. The perfect place to enjoy a wonderful vacation!
